Each of these is computed from data the system already records — movement history, batch dates, the audit trail, invoice lines. That is why they are a roadmap and not a wish list. Today the product is the billing and stock engine below; the AI is what we are building on top of it.

Every one of these is a fair objection. Here are the straight answers, before you have to ask.
Item lists, suppliers and opening stock import from a CSV or an Excel sheet — the one your accountant already keeps. Nobody re-types a catalogue. If your list is a mess, we clean it with you before you go live, not after.
Offline billing is Building and it is the top item on the roadmap, because a counter that stops when the line drops is not a counter. Today the software needs a connection. We would rather tell you that now than let you find out on a Saturday.
The person at the counter sees the counter. Purchase orders, permissions and reports live behind roles they never open. Training a biller takes an afternoon; the owner’s screens are the ones with depth, and you can learn those at your own pace.
Full export is Building and it ships before we take money from anybody — that ordering is deliberate. There is no per-invoice fee and no charge for adding a staff member: software that bills you for using it more is software that wants you to use it less.
