All content available on VixitAI Quiz, including but not limited to quiz questions, explanations, study materials, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the intellectual property of VixitAI or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Our content: All quiz questions, topic explanations, current affairs content, and platform design are owned by VixitAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content.
• User data: Your quiz progress, scores, XP, and other personal data are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of this data. We do not claim any rights over your personal quiz data.
• User-generated content: If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for improving the Platform.

4. Platform Availability

We strive to keep VixitAI Quiz available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without liability to you. This includes adding or removing exam categories, question banks, or platform features.

5. Limitation of Liability

VixitAI Quiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, including quiz progress, scores, or other information stored in your browser's localStorage.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of zero rupees (₹0), as the Platform is provided free of charge.

6. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party advertisers and websites are solely between you and the respective third party.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

By using VixitAI Quiz, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for any legal proceedings related to the Platform.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
