Listing daalna hamesha free hai. Renters se Rentlelo koi platform fee nahi leta — aap sirf owner ka rent aur deposit dete ho.

Owner commission

Commission sirf successful booking pe lagta hai, aur category ke hisaab se alag hai:

• 5% — Property & spaces
• 8% — Vehicles, medical equipment, farming & agriculture
• 10% — Electronics, computers & laptops, home appliances, furniture, tools & machinery, sports & fitness, baby & kids, gaming, camping & travel, musical instruments, books & misc
• 12% — Events & party, clothes & costumes
• 15% — Services & staff

Statutory deductions

Indian marketplace rules ke tehat, owner payout pe ye bhi katta hai:

• TCS — 1% of the rent amount (Section 52, CGST Act)
• TDS — 1% of the rent amount (Section 194-O, Income Tax Act)

Example

Ek camera ₹1,000/day pe 3 din ke liye rent hua — gross ₹3,000, category electronics (10%):

• Gross rent: ₹3,000
• Rentlelo commission (10%): −₹300
• TCS (1%): −₹30
• TDS (1%): −₹30
• Owner ko milta hai: ₹2,640

Security deposit commission-free hai — wo poora owner aur renter ke beech direct settle hota hai, Rentlelo usme se kuch nahi kaatta.
