Cancellation & Refund Policy

Seedhi baat: pickup se pehle kabhi bhi cancel karo, poora paisa wapas.

Renter cancellation

• Booking pickup se pehle cancel karne pe 100% refund — koi cancellation charge nahi.
• Refund usi payment method pe wapas jaata hai jisse aapne pay kiya tha.
• Bank/UPI refund 5–7 working days leta hai.
• Item pick up karne ke baad booking cancel nahi hoti — wo ek active rental ban jaati hai. Jaldi return karna ho to owner se chat pe baat karo.

Owner cancellation

• Owner kabhi cancel kare to renter ko hamesha 100% refund milta hai.
• Baar-baar cancel karne wale owners ki listing ranking girti hai aur account suspend ho sakta hai.

Security deposit

Deposit owner aur renter ke beech direct hota hai — Rentlelo usse hold nahi karta. Item theek-thaak wapas milne pe owner deposit turant lautayega. Damage ya late return ki soorat mein owner uchit amount kaat sakta hai, jo pehle se dono ne chat pe tay kiya ho.

Dispute

Agar refund ya deposit pe disagreement ho, support ticket raise karo ya vixitaissh@gmail.com pe likho. Hum dono taraf ka chat record dekh kar 7 working days mein faisla dete hain.
