Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run a rental marketplace:

• Account: phone number (login identity), name, optional email (OTP delivery), city/locality.
• Listings: photos (metadata/EXIF is stripped on upload), descriptions, prices, approximate location.
• Verification: if you request the ✓ badge, we store only the document type and last 4 digits — never the full number or a scan.
• Usage: anonymised analytics events (searches, views) to improve the product.

We never sell your data. Your phone number is masked in chats and revealed only when you choose "Show number". You can delete your account anytime from Profile — PII is purged within 30 days (booking/payment records are retained as legally required).
